1. Eligibility for Refund

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Website Development Services:

    • If the project is canceled before the design phase begins, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the design phase has started, 50% of the total project cost will be refunded.
    • No refunds will be provided once the project is delivered or if major revisions have begun.

  • SEO & Marketing Services:

    • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with 15 days’ notice.
    • Refunds for SEO services will only apply if no deliverables (e.g., keyword research, reports, or audits) have been shared.
    • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered (e.g., ad campaigns or optimization tasks).

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • One-time consultation fees
  • Domain registrations, hosting fees, and third-party tool charges
  • Completed design or development milestones
  • Ad spend for paid campaigns

3. Refund Process

  • Review: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy
